Architectural Design Opportunity

Spectre Architects is seeking an Architectural Designer to join their team. This role involves creating, developing, and refining architectural designs, preparing construction drawings, and contributing to interior design projects.

About the Role

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field and relevant certifications or licenses.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in architecture and design.
  • Apply creativity and innovation to drive project success and exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Architectural Design and Drawing.
  • Experience with Construction Drawings and related documentation.
  • Knowledge of interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of architecture and interior design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
