Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming ideas into tangible designs and products that balance functionality, aesthetics, and innovation.

The role will involve contributing to projects spanning engineering, product development, sustainable agriculture technologies, and urban solutions. Key responsibilities include proposing creative design solutions, developing and presenting design concepts, collaborating with engineering and product development teams, leading design projects from concept to production, and providing industrial design support throughout the development process.

The successful candidate will conduct research on design trends, materials, ergonomics, and sustainable solutions across industries, benchmark competitors, and identify opportunities for innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Propose innovative design solutions that meet client needs and company goals
  • Develop and present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with project objectives
  • Lead design projects from concept to production, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Provide industrial design support to engineers and product development teams
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  1. Masters or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Automotive/Engineering Design
  2. 2-5 years of experience in Industrial/Product Design with a strong portfolio of projects
  3. Proven track record of taking products from concept to production
  4. Strong rendering and sketching skills with ability to visually communicate design ideas effectively
  5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design visualization tools
  6. Strong 3D modeling skills in software such as Rhino 3D, Blender, SolidWorks, or Alias
