Senior Python Developer Position

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Python Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems using Python.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend development, a deep understanding of Python and its ecosystem, as well as knowledge of design patterns and software engineering principles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems using Python.
  • Leading technical discussions and contributing to the definition of backend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborating with DevOps, front-end, and data teams to deliver complete solutions, conduct code reviews, mentor junior/mid-level developers, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong programming skills in Python (3.x)
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
  • Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and modular code architecture
  • Proficiency in working with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization tools
  • Knowledge of software design patterns, scalability, and performance tuning
  • Strong Git and version control workflow experience
  • Solid experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
