About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Management Trainee to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial research, analyzing financial statements, developing financial models, and preparing reports. The role involves daily interaction with team members to communicate findings, support decision-making processes, and assist with various accounting tasks.

This is a full-time role based in Noida. As a Finance Management Trainee, you will participate in training sessions and seminars to enhance your financial and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry and company research using public and subscription-based databases
  • Perform financial and operational benchmarking of global companies
  • Analyze market trends, growth drivers, and risk factors in targeted sectors
  • Assist in building financial models (3-statement, DCF, comps, etc.)
  • Support in preparing investment memorandums and pitch books
  • Perform due diligence support for M&A and fundraising deals
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for clients
  • Summarize insights into structured reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations

You will work under the guidance of an experienced manager and gain exposure to marketing, operations, deal origination, or investor outreach as required. Your contributions will be valued and recognized within the team.

Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • MBA Finance from an institute of repute
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
