Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Sanctions and PEP Alerts Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing end-to-end due diligence activities on Sanctions and PEP alerts, conducting independent research to assess risk, and managing internal and external SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global anti-money laundering trends, along with RBI-issued regulations applicable to commercial banks and payment operators. They will also be familiar with applicable laws, regulations, and enterprise-wide policies, and be able to interpret and apply them in the context of local compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong academic qualification such as CA, MBA, CAMS, or LLB is preferred
  • Prior experience in AML compliance will be considered an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment
