A highly skilled Integration Specialist is required to lead our team's Dynatrace operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in setup and configuration, synthetic monitoring, and alarm management.

• 5 years of experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration are essential.
• Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools is beneficial.
• The role requires a problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience in a similar liaison role between application and platform teams is an advantage.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for operational application management, including troubleshooting user issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Identifying recurring issues and ensuring long-term fixes is also a key responsibility.
• Fine-tuning alerts and integrating Dynatrace alerts in incident management tooling is another critical task.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and principles is necessary.
