This role offers an opportunity to excel as a senior advocate in family law cases. The position involves providing high-level legal advice and representation before the Supreme Court.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing strategies for client representation in complex family law cases.
  • Providing expert legal advice on family law matters, including litigation and advisory services.
  • Representing clients in the Supreme Court of India and other relevant courts.
  • Maintaining knowledge of current laws and regulations related to family law in India.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Family Law, including litigation and advisory services.
  • Strong skills in legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and understand their legal needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Membership in the Bar Council of India.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of family law principles and procedures. They should be able to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies for client representation.
