We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our statistical programming team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical programming, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business results.

Key Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 10 years relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 11 years relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Essential Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of SAS and technical database skills.
  • Knowledge of statistics and/or the clinical drug development process.
  • Proven staff management skills, strong leadership, motivational, and influencing skills.
