As an Operations and Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' needs, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients worldwide
  • Resolving reporting errors or exceptions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring accurate input of client static data/profile configurations
  • Assisting clients with clearing of OTC derivative trades for CCPs like CME, LCH, and ICE
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive process enhancements and identify areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
  • Relevant experience between 5 to 10 years in transaction and position reporting
  • Good understanding of reporting requirements for MIFID, EMIR, ASIC, HKMA, JFSA, and other regulatory bodies
  • Previous experience working with external clients directly (preferable)
  • Knowledge of OTC derivative products, trade confirmations, and financial markets (preferable)
