Job SummaryWe're looking for an Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to phone calls promptly and professionally. This is a work-from-home position, and the intern will need to have their own laptop and stable internet connection.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer and address incoming/outgoing phone calls professionally
- Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance
- Redirect calls to relevant team members as needed
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone interactions
- Follow up with clients and customers via phone when required
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail
- Your own laptop and stable internet connection
