Job Summary

We're looking for an Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to phone calls promptly and professionally. This is a work-from-home position, and the intern will need to have their own laptop and stable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and address incoming/outgoing phone calls professionally
  • Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance
  • Redirect calls to relevant team members as needed
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone interactions
  • Follow up with clients and customers via phone when required
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail
  • Your own laptop and stable internet connection
