Baker and Decorator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member, you will assist the Head Pastry Chef in creating and presenting various pastries and baked goods.

• Prepare baking ingredients and follow traditional and modern recipes
• Maintain stock levels and ensure kitchen cleanliness and orderliness
• Assist in decorating and presenting finished products
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the workspace

• Prior experience in baking with skills in pastry making, cake decorating, and dessert creation
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior staff
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Relevant certification or diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts is beneficial
