Job Description

This role involves managing and overseeing the creation of key committee control packs, reviewing KPI and KRI MI, providing commentary on trends, risks, and issues to governance packs, and attending client NFR and Control meetings.

Responsibilities include leading and coordinating internal and external audit requirements, reviewing daily/weekly/monthly MI reporting, ensuring all required KPI/KRI metrics are uploaded into relevant reporting applications, and owning the DC Service Risk and Control Committee governance meeting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong experience with control infrastructure and frameworks, a strong understanding of E2E processes and trade lifecycles for OTC derivatives, previous operational experience in investment banking, regulatory awareness across multiple jurisdictions, and ability to work and manage resources in multiple office locations.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with 10 years plus of relevant control and operational/OTC derivative experience. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are also essential.
