Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at NetBramha Studios. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to set deadlines, within budget, and scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project resources and ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, identify and manage project risks, and implement project management best practices.
  • Proactively plan and execute project objectives, define scope, and meet client deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Establish effective project communication plans for diverse clients and ensure their execution.
  • Effectively communicate and present information in written and verbal form to internal and external customers.
  • Define tasks and required resources weekly and manage scheduling designers for day-to-day utilization.
  • Hold colleagues accountable for the results of their performance and their ability to follow established standard operating procedures.
  • Work closely with our Design & UX leaders to regularly improve team communication and processes.
  • Thrive on getting great work done and building positive relationships across the team.
  • Manage feedback input and approval flows for design reviews.
  • Schedule development, monitor, update, and report weekly progress.
  • Impeccable and consistent attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Experience in working closely with creatives (i.e., UX designers, UI designers, Design Directors).
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain file structures for various deliverables.
  • Ability to work with people from different backgrounds/skill sets.
  • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge.

  • New processes and templates to increase team efficiency and productivity.
