Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will bring your expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) modules to drive process improvements and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective technical support for enterprise business processes
  • Provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective technical support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
  • Ensure seamless integration of HCM modules with other enterprise systems

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess hands-on experience working on Oracle Fusion HCM Technical or Functional Consultant roles, with exposure to Enterprise Business Suite (EBS). Your technical skills should include expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.

You will also be responsible for writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula and possessing strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. A good understanding of SQL, Data Migration and Customization is also required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
