Agency Sales Manager Position at Vertoz

We are seeking an experienced Agency Sales Manager to join our team at Vertoz. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business targets.

Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue generation through market research and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define sales goals and track progress against these objectives.

Pipeline Management:

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting of business closures and revenue.
  • Identify prospective publishers, onboard them effectively, and nurture these relationships for long-term growth.

Relationship Management:

  • Conduct impactful presentations and establish strong relationships with clients and publishers.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and sustained partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their needs and fostering loyalty.

Process Improvement and Strategy Development:

  • Analyze current sales processes and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Implement innovative approaches to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Account Growth and Opportunity Exploration:

  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
