Role Summary:

Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to drive the success of our advertising campaigns across all marketplaces. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing campaign performance, developing strategies for keyword targeting, bid optimization, and campaign allocation.

  • Maintain daily oversight of campaign performance, analyzing metrics and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance ROI.
  • Develop and implement effective keyword strategies, bid tactics, and targeting methodologies.
  • Analyze and interpret critical metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CPC to inform campaign optimization.
  • Leverage Amazon's advertising tools, reporting systems, and third-party analytics platforms to extract valuable insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising objectives with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily campaign performance monitoring, analysis, and data-driven decision-making to improve return on investment.
  • Development and implementation of keyword targeting, bid optimization, and campaign allocation strategies.
  • Analysis and interpretation of key metrics including ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CPC to inform campaign optimization.
  • Utilization of Amazon's advertising tools, reporting systems, and third-party analytics platforms to extract insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to align advertising objectives with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns on Amazon Advertising Console or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including keyword targeting, product targeting, bidding strategies, and reporting metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and collaborate across teams.
