  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop strong expertise in dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts.
  • Work with RDBMS fundamentals and SQL Server.
  • Write complex SQL queries and query tuning.
  • Work with Azure Data Lake and Azure Data Warehouse.
  • Write stored procedures.
  • Work with Polybase in Azure.
  • Work with Azure native tools like Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience with Azure Analysis Services and PowerBI as a reporting tool, including gateways.
  • Good communication skills to work with a global team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in working with data warehouses.
  • Experience in converting business requirements to technical specifications.
  • Strong expertise in dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong expertise in RDBMS fundamentals and SQL Server.
  • Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries and query tuning.
  • Working experience in Azure Data Lake and Azure Data Warehouse.
  • Working experience in writing stored procedures.
  • Working experience of Polybase in Azure.
  • Working experience of Azure native tools like Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience of working in Azure Analysis Services and PowerBI as a reporting tool, including gateways.
  • Good communication skills to work with a global team.
