Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes and manage 360-degree HR functions.
  • Utilize paid portals and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) with a minimum of 5,000+ active connections.
  • Develop talent pipelines and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and implement necessary measures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior recruitment role with a strong track record in talent acquisition.
  • Expertise in recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative approach to engagement.
