We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative analytics models. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems, identify opportunities for growth, and create personalized experiences for customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of statistical algorithms, including classification and regression analysis, and experience working with large-scale data platforms. Proficiency in Python-based machine learning libraries, such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design appropriate analytics models using machine learning algorithms.
  • Develop and implement machine learning solutions, considering performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to develop and maintain large-scale data analytics systems.

Required Skills:

  • Strong background in computer science, mathematics, or physics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on machine learning and data engineering.
  • Proficiency in using analytics platforms like Databricks for large-scale data processing.
  • Hands-on experience with data processing and analysis tools, such as Pandas and Jupyter Notebooks.
