We invite applications for the role of Senior Research Associate to support policy research, data analysis, and economic strategy development in Madhya Pradesh.

• Conduct applied research on economic growth, statistics, and public policy issues, providing valuable insights for policymakers.
• Analyse large datasets and apply econometric/statistical techniques to drive policy decisions.
• Draft policy briefs, reports, and presentations to inform decision-makers.
• Engage with government officials, industry leaders, and academic stakeholders to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to roundtables, workshops, and consultations on policy challenges, driving innovative solutions.
• Support project design, proposal development, research project management, and internal capability building.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in policy research, data analysis, consulting, or academia, with a strong track record of delivering results.
• Proficiency in data analysis and econometrics, with expertise in Stata/R/Python.
• Able to design and independently manage research projects, with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
