Job Title: Data Analyst

We seek a skilled data professional to design, develop and maintain our Oracle-based Data Warehouse.

This role is critical in ensuring accurate, efficient and timely movement and transformation of data across systems to support analytics, reporting and business intelligence.

  • Design stable, reliable and effective database programs to meet user needs
  • PL/SQL and SQL Tuning and Optimization of newly developed and existing applications
  • Provide data analysis and validation
  • Leverage Oracle 10g/11g features to their fullest on a large-scale system
  • Identification of performance issues on production and testing systems
  • Interact with internal and external clients to understand requirements, explain issues and prioritize work
  • Involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle and demonstrate abilities to learn both the business processes as well as new and existing pl/sql technologies
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle database architecture
  • Advanced database development experience (Oracle SQL/PLSQL)
  • Knowledge of software development
  • Strong SQL development, SQL analytics and tuning skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • An ability to understand front-end users' requirements and a problem-solving attitude
  • Strong communications skills (both verbal & written)

Skills: Expert-level SQL and PL/SQL programming skills. Solid understanding of Oracle Database architecture, indexing, and performance tuning. Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools.

Experience: 3 to 8 Years
