Data Archivist

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the administration and maintenance of servers, data archiving, and software management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Server Administration: Ensure the smooth operation of file servers, including adding or removing authorization and monitoring performance.
• Data Archival: Extract and transfer archived data to buyers, create quality documentation on maintenance activities, and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Software Management: Install, update, and troubleshoot Enterprise Scan and WinViewer applications.

SAP Data Archiving:

• Activate and deactivate archive infrastructure.
• Run catch-up archiving for new archive objects and sweeper for existing ones.

Reporting and Incident Management:

• Attend Agile ceremonies to provide status updates and knowledge sharing.
• Update work items in ADO boards and team OneNote.
• Assess and handle incidents and tickets during Bangkok working hours, including handovers from/to foreign locations.

Requirements/Deliverables:

• Deliver incident and problem management solutions within SLA timelines.
• Ensure successful and error-free SAP Maintenance activities according to Upgrade Schedules.
• Complete assigned ADO user stories prioritized by the Product Owner.
• Provide high-quality documentation on lessons learned, problem solutions, and new configurations.
