Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Management professional to lead the strategy and execution of our customer experience portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in product management, with a strong understanding of customer experience platforms and ability to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact features and functionality
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with customer needs
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption
  • Lead and manage product development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably with customer experience platforms
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Aha (or similar Product Management tools) is a plus
  • Knowledge of using AI/ML into a marketing product in a very meaningful way
