Key Responsibilities
  • User Experience Design: Foster seamless user interactions by crafting wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma. Leverage insights from user research and usability testing to refine designs.
  • User Interface Design: Create visually appealing UI components, layouts, and design systems in Figma. Apply motion design or micro-interactions to enhance usability, ensuring a consistent experience across web and mobile platforms.
New-Age Skills
  • Prompt engineers effectively to ensure designs are implemented with accuracy and performance in mind. Explore AI-assisted design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Galileo AI, Uizard) to accelerate ideation and asset generation.
  • Prototype using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Framer, Webflow) for rapid validation, staying adaptable in a rapidly evolving design landscape.
Collaboration & Growth
  • Collaborate closely with senior designers to learn best practices and continually improve craft. Stay updated on design trends, interaction models, and AI-driven design innovations.
  • Communicate design rationale and present work clearly to stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and driving project success.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, backed by a portfolio demonstrating expertise.
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).
