Physiotherapist Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and competent Physiotherapist to join our team in delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed patient assessments and design individualized treatment plans that meet patients' unique needs.
  • Deliver physiotherapy sessions using manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy as appropriate, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and preventive care techniques to promote long-term health benefits.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes, facilitating effective treatment planning and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care and achieve optimal results.
  • Participate in clinical discussions, training programs, and continuous learning initiatives to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in physiotherapy.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT) from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 0–3 years, with freshers welcome if they possess strong clinical knowledge and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Empathy, patient-centric approach, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
