Job Title: Order to Cash Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Team Lead for our Order to Cash team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order management and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Able to motivate, lead, train, develop, direct, guide, correct, or assist subordinates; make decisions; communicate information to the public, colleagues, or supervisors;

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process local and foreign currency invoices through the accounts receivable system with minimal errors.
  2. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including suppliers and external stakeholders.
  3. Identify opportunities to improve both AR and support Lean and Six Sigma projects.
  4. Resolve vendor inquiries and supplier communication related to invoice matters efficiently.
  5. Query handling, issue resolution, and status updates to supervisors with attention to detail.
  6. Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and generate accurate reports.
  7. Develop process improvements within the area of expertise and document findings.
  8. Solve team member queries and create a centralized knowledge database for learning.
  9. Perform quality checks on all activities and establish effective policies and procedures for various AR activities.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
