Job Title: Treasury Specialist Back Office Role with Leadership Skills">

As a Treasury Specialist in our back office, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate settlement of all treasury trades. This includes bonds, commercial papers, FX derivatives, MM trades, intercompany settlements, and intra-entity bank transfers.

  • You will work under supervision to ensure daily on-time settlements of all treasury transactions with zero tolerance for errors.

  • Responsibilities include trade confirmations using SWIFT MT channels and emails with counterparties.

  • Bank reconciliations will be performed daily to match cashflows from the Treasury system to bank statements, ensuring timely resolution of open items.

  • You will support master data setup and maintenance of clients and counterparties, MT interfaces, and bank account setups.

  • Regulatory reporting of derivatives such as EMIR will be completed accurately and within deadlines.

Main Accountabilities:

  • On-time and in-full settlements and confirmations of all Treasury transactions.

  • Daily reconciliations of all treasury-related bank accounts, maintaining zero open items.

  • Completing audits with zero non-conformances for internal, external, and SOX audits.
