Job Description: Regional Collection Manager

Salary Estimate: ₹30,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum (approximate)

We are seeking an experienced Regional Collection Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of regional credit markets and credit culture, as well as good networking skills across state/region with other NBFCs, Banks, and Collection Agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collections in financial services NBFC/NBFC-MFI industries.
  • Team management and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of regional credit markets and credit culture.
  • Vendor empanelment & management, commercials, and other related activities.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in NBFC Sectors.
  • Graduate/MBA degree.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
