Project Manager Role:

The Construction Project Manager oversees construction projects to ensure timely completion, quality adherence, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate construction works, administration, and coordination to achieve successful project execution within scheduled timelines and budget targets.
  • Engage with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution on-site.
  • Develop and manage construction plans, oversee team performance, and verify work progress in line with drawings and specified quality standards.
  • Verify bills of quantity for work completed by subcontractors and submit them to relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of site personnel and expenses, providing regular reports to project managers.
  • Collaborate with project managers and CEP teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project updates highlighting any challenges and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Ensure a positive working environment among site office staff, coordinating tasks and roles effectively.
  • Compile a close-out report covering project implementation details, job execution plans, technical specifications, safety aspects, and quality assurance plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 18 years of experience in construction management
