Collection Strategy Leader

We are seeking a strategic and analytical individual to lead our collection strategy efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize collections performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of collection strategies, leveraging internal and external data to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure alignment and mutual benefit.

Requirements:

  • Quantitative background in engineering, statistics, math, economics, business, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years' experience in analyzing data and using database query language (e.g., SQL) analysis and programming tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
