Job Title: Automation Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive automation test suites to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and implement effective test plans to ensure seamless releases.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices in test automation.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement proactive solutions to optimize CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in QA with a focus on automation testing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Strong experience with API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman or REST Assured).
  • Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins or GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI/ML product testing or data-heavy applications.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter or Locust).
