  • Manage the recruitment, development, and retention of engineering talent, building a high-performance team with deep technical expertise.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in microservices architecture.
  • Experience designing and building large-scale systems in a multi-tiered, distributed environment.
  • Experience in programming languages Java, Python, Shell scripting, and JavaScript.
  • Framework experience in Spring Boot, JPA, MVC, and Docker.
  • Experience in cloud computing on AWS, including EC2, ASG, ECS, and CloudFormation.
  • Proven experience in a fintech or startup environment, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
