Creative Producer Role

Job Description:

The Creative Producer plays a key role in managing day-to-day project operations within a dynamic environment.

This position is responsible for overseeing production tasks from initial brief to final asset delivery, adhering to internal and external processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets on time.

The successful candidate will work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve operational issues.

In this setting, the ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, detail-oriented process-driven approach, proactive problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.

  • Project Management:
    • Coordinate and execute daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.
    • Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and creative standards.
  • Process Adherence:
    • Ensure compliance with all due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows, while maintaining accurate records and updates.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve any operational issues.
  • Risk Monitoring:
    • Identify potential delays or issues early, escalating to the Associate Director as required, and implementing corrective actions.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments;
  • Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time;
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital and traditional media;
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance;
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions;
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media production, or a related field;
