Maintaining familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends is essential to provide the best solutions for clients.

  • Sales Funnel Ownership: Drive sales closure by owning the sales funnel and utilizing logical and trusted sales pitches.
  • Customer Experience: Own the customer experience during a project, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Quality & Accuracy: Lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Project Lifecycle: Own an end-to-end project lifecycle, from start to finish.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Education: Graduation or relevant diploma.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Projects: Led and delivered minimum 2-4 Residential Modular KWS projects.
  • Design Tools: Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Design Expertise: Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), and Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).
  • Project Management: Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales Expertise: Sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with customers.
  • Behavioural Attributes: Behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
  • Learning Attitude: High degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
