Content Strategy Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement, sales, and brand awareness across multiple channels.

This includes creating compelling headlines, persuasive long-form content, and scroll-stopping social media copy. As a key member of our global creative studios, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of creatives producing high-impact assets for the U.S. and other global markets.

You will originate campaign platforms, product launches, and brand stories that stop thumbs, drive revenue, and elevate Ayurveda on the world stage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Create engaging and persuasive content across various formats (headlines, long-form, social media)
  • Lead and mentor a team of creatives to produce high-quality content
  • Originate innovative campaign ideas and brand stories that drive results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive experiences
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, or content marketing
  • 3+ years of experience leading creative teams
  • Native-level command of English and an editorial eye
  • Proven track record of integrating AI tools into creative processes
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent real-world experience
