Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Prometteur Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform different types of testing, including manual, automated, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track defects and bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to resolve issues and validate fixes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports.
• Ensure software compliance with company quality standards.
• Work with automation frameworks and create/execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
• Validate APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of professional experience in software testing.
• Proficient in manual testing and experience in automation testing.
• Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Appium).
• Understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) for writing automation scripts.
• Knowledge of continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
