Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in maintenance management, specifically within the transformer manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement proactive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to optimize plant equipment performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
  • Equipment Reliability: Enhance the reliability of plant equipment, reducing unplanned downtime and extending asset lifespan.
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct investigations into equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
  • Shutdown Management: Plan and coordinate plant shutdowns, minimizing disruption to production while performing necessary repairs and upgrades.
  • Budget Optimization: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, optimizing costs without compromising on safety or quality.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements in maintenance operations.
  • Vendor & Spare Parts Management: Oversee the procurement of spare parts and management of vendors to support maintenance activities.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in maintenance management within the transformer manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of plant machinery, electrical systems, and industrial equipment used in transformer production.
  • Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
