Senior Interior Designer PositionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality project design drawings and deliverables in FF&E and construction documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Design compatibility skills
- Produce project design drawings and deliverables
- Work on all phases of development, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and 3D modeling
- Bring fresh value to add ideas to the team
- Quantify Bill of Quantities, both detailed & single-line BOQ
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior design and proficiency in Design application, 2D (AUTOCAD) & 3D (SKETCH UP, PHOTOSHOP & LUMION) WITH BOQ. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team working towards delivering excellent results.
