Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key responsibilities will include assisting with data capture, organization, storage, and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation. You will also be responsible for upkeeping construction project cost databases, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage, and analysis.

Additionally, you will manage large amounts of data in Excel, collaborate with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data, contribute to the process for collection, capture, and utilization of historic data, and perform other duties as supervisor or senior leadership deem necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience, firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and must have experience in data analysis and data management.

Must understand IT technology including Intranet, MS Windows, MS Office Suites. Experience with Microsoft suite particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint preferred. SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial. Attention to details.

Requirements
