Job Overview

The Infrastructure and Cloud Services Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, and monitoring on-premises and cloud infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage medium to large-scale enterprise network topologies using Microsoft virtualization technologies, including designing, deploying, and maintaining hyperconverged environments.
  • Maintain and deploy wireless networks in remote buildings and corporate offices.
  • Deploy cloud infrastructure to support cloud migration and delivery of technology solutions using Microsoft Azure resources.
  • Support Office 365 users, Hybrid Exchange Server Configuration, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Environments.
  • Support Active Directory 2019 and newer, DNS, DHCP, File Services, and key services.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server and virtualization technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and IT best practices.
