Job Title:

Relationship Manager – Storage, Server, Cyber Security

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven background in IT infrastructure and cyber security solutions. This role is critical to strengthening our presence in the domestic market.

This senior customer-facing position requires deep market understanding, strong solution-selling expertise, and high-level client engagement skills, including interacting with CXO-level decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales:
    • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across storage, servers, cyber security, and cloud solutions.
    • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closures.
    • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies tailored to the domestic market.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise customers, key decision-makers, and influencers.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their IT challenges and aligning solutions to their business objectives.
    • Maintain strong engagement with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and IT leadership teams.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive measures.
