Job Title: UI/UX Lead

We are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in driving design vision, building scalable design systems, and delivering intuitive digital experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of designers and guide them to create innovative user experiences
  • Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy for healthcare applications
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into designs
  • Create and manage design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistency and scalability
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma/Adobe XD
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions
  • Evaluate all designs against accessibility standards, responsive principles, and cross-platform compatibility
  • Work closely with frontend developers to ensure design handoff and implementation quality
