Job Title: Senior Financial Professional

Skillfully manage all aspects of financial planning, accounting, taxation, and budgeting to ensure statutory compliance and organizational growth.

About the Role:
  • Financial Operations:
    • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, general ledger management, and reconciliation processes.
    • Possess expertise in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Taxation & Compliance:
    • Timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns is a priority.
    • Adept at handling tax assessments, statutory audits, and compliance with Indian accounting standards.
  • Transfer Pricing & International Transactions:
    • Develop and maintain transfer pricing documentation.
    • Coordinate with external consultants and auditors on reporting requirements.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Create comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
    • Provide actionable MIS and variance analysis reports to stakeholders.
  • Treasury & Banking:
    • Monitor cash flows, fund requirements, and banking transactions effectively.
    • Assist in foreign exchange-related transactions as needed.
  • Audit & Internal Controls:
    • Coordinate statutory, internal, and transfer pricing audits.
    • Elevate internal control processes to minimize risk.
  • Operational Coordination:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for reconciliation and reporting purposes.
    • Conduct regular warehouse visits for stock verification and finance checks.

Essential Candidate Profile:
Qualification: CA / Inter CA (desired).
Experience: 3–7 years in Accounts & Finance within Sales & Trading / Manufacturing companies.
Hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing, GST, Taxation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and MIS Reporting.
SAP B1 / SAP Hana - Mandatory, Proficiency in Excel
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Experience in a multinational company will be highly valued.
Should be open to warehouse visits and cross-functional collaboration.
