  • Monitor, analyze, and enhance the efficiency and reliability of OTM applications and processes.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, recommend improvements, and support system upgrades or patches.
  • Implement best practices to ensure optimal system throughput and user experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with OTM configuration, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong understanding of transportation and logistics workflows.
  • Prior experience with Oracle databases, application servers, and integration tools.
About This Role:

This role requires a senior-level professional with extensive experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance management aspects of our transportation solutions, ensuring optimal system throughput and user experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
