Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Motion Graphics Creative to spearhead impactful visual content across multiple platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional who possesses expertise in graphic design and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, social media, eLearning modules, and corporate communication.
  • Develop engaging static creatives for digital and print media, including brochures, posters, infographics, banners, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to translate concepts into compelling multimedia outputs.
  • Edit and enhance video content with sound, transitions, and motion effects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in motion graphics, animation styles, and visual storytelling.
  • Maintain an organized workflow, including project archiving and file management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Motion Graphics Designer / Multimedia Designer.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing both motion and static design work.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with 3D animation tools.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with sound editing and basic audio design.
  • Creative storytelling and script visualization ability.
