About the Role:

Job Description:

As a Research Manager, you will conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to provide commercial real estate market intelligence. You will develop detailed long-form and short-form research reports, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to integrate research findings into strategic initiatives.

Suitable Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in research, market analysis, real estate research or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports, articles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate markets in India is desirable.
  • Agile and flexible approach to role responsibilities. Startup mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Self-starter, confident, collaborative with ability to multitask and work in a team
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
