Research Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Research Executive to lead our research projects, manage project teams, and ensure timely updates to senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationships, business growth through strategic marketing activities, and coaching junior colleagues.

  • Manage and implement research projects, leading project teams and ensuring timely updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct research activities, including designing high-quality screeners, questionnaires, and specifications, conducting pilot interviews, and facilitating client meetings.
  • Initiate client relationships and drive business growth through strategic marketing activities.
  • Provide effective coaching to colleagues, through on-the-job feedback and workload planning.
Requirements:
  • A strong degree in any subject and/or professional qualification.
  • 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organisation.
  • 2 years' experience in research-based project support role.
  • 1-2 years Healthcare experience is essential.
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic coaching skills.
  • Computer proficient - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
