Leadership and Management in Data AnalyticsJob Description:

As a Practice Lead in Data Analytics, you will be responsible for providing leadership and managing delivery across various client engagements.

  • Prioritize Accounts and Customer Value: Rank accounts and projects based on strategic importance, urgency, etc., to ensure the most critical ones receive priority attention.
  • Allocate Resources Efficiently: Ensure that necessary resources are allocated efficiently across the portfolio.
  • Portfolio-Wide Performance Metrics and Analysis: Use effective KPIs to measure the success and impact of projects within the portfolio.
  • Optimize Resource Utilization: Monitor resource usage to avoid overallocation or underutilization, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Track Project Progress: Regularly review the status of ongoing projects to ensure they are on track with their timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Generate Reports: Provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks that could impact the portfolio, such as resource constraints, technical challenges, or market changes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop an effective communication framework with all stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications:
