Visual Content Specialist

At Kalakar India, we're seeking an exceptional Visual Content Specialist to create high-quality visuals showcasing our products in the best light.
Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualization and Execution: Develop content ideas, create moodboards/storyboards, plan and execute shoots with minimal supervision.
- Shooting: Capture high-quality visuals using DSLRs, gimbals, and smartphones in both studio and outdoor environments.
- End-to-End Production: Handle all aspects of production—location scouting, hiring models and crew, talent coordination, equipment setup, lighting, and framing.
- Post-Production: Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and add basic effects and sound design using After Effects.
- Asset Management: Maintain and organize all raw and final visual assets, ensuring easy retrieval and archival.
- Content Types: Produce a range of formats including product photos, ad films, product videos, event coverage, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, behind-the-scenes footage, and talking-head/piece-to-camera content.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all imagery meets brand standards and stays aligned with current trends in beauty and fashion photography.
As a Visual Content Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop end-to-end expertise in visual production for a fast-growing D2C fashion brand, from shoot planning to post-production.
