Job Title: Regulatory Specialist

Medhaj Techno Concept Private Limited is seeking an experienced Regulatory Specialist with strong expertise in the power sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with regulatory frameworks and providing end-to-end support in regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling ARR filings, tariff determination, petitions, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Drafting, compiling, and submitting regulatory petitions, compliance reports, replies to queries, and objections raised by commissions or stakeholders.
  • Conducting regulatory analysis on existing policies, tariff orders, and guidelines to ensure alignment with statutory frameworks.

Requirements:

  • B.E. / B. Tech (Electrical / Power / Energy / Related discipline) with MBA / PGDM in Finance or Power Management.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the power sector regulatory framework.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in ARR filings, tariff determination, and petitions before SERCs/CERC.
